Entering Nassau is like entering the local food chain.
Entering Nassau is like entering the local food chain. I don't really like the hustle of the fish fry but I do enjoy the food! I have always found Bahamians very friendly. It is a nice place to visit. Some things can seem a little run down but you have to remember that the hurricanes beat up buildings and make it hard to maintain them.

We were able to go into downtown Nassau and enjoyed spending time exploring. We did a little shopping and ate lunch at a charming restaurant called the Manila Grill. We did use a taxi to go downtown and back to Paradise Island. You must have the Conch fritters with in the Bahamas. Everyone was very polite and it was a wonderful experience.

Everyone is friendly and very helpful.
Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The island is beautiful, and many attractions are within walking distance of each other. We enjoyed each restaurant at which we ate and the portions were very generous. There are both lively and more quiet areas so there is something for everyone.

The room was fine. The bed was comfortable.
The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was terrible and only worked about half the time. If anyone reads these reviews I think I should be refunded the price if the wifi or at least be given a credit for the future

Nassau is a beautiful Island with something for everyone.
Nassau is a beautiful Island with something for everyone. Some parts are quieter than others. The beaches were nice but the water was very ruff, not sure if this was due to the season. Days were short, so its best to get up early to explore and enjoy the various activities and day tours. Great variety of food to please all!
The hotel facilities are pristine, the rooms are large and well appointed, and the staff is exceptional. The hotel has three restaurants onsite, a movie theater, a private beach with country club level comforts, spa, 24-hour gym, a great bar (try Little Miss Rocksteady) and only 30 rooms in the whole place. The hotel is on the western side of Nassau Island which is away from the more touristy part of the island which was great for those interested in rest and relaxation. The private beach was the highlight of the trip.
Being able to use the Atlantis only a short walk away was super great. location was good. Gifted upon check in with a $150 credit for the restaurant - however the service and food wasn’t great.. Unfortunately we can’t remember the tour lady’s name near the front desk, but she was super helpful & an asset to the hotel. Complimentary covid testing was appreciated, timing of our test was incorrect but rectified easily.
The hotel is in the heart of Nassau, walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull.
I stayed there for 3 weeks, they helped with everything needed.
Rooms were cleaned every day and every room had balkony.
I highly recomend this Towne Hotel, and get to know the Owner! He have alot of good information about Bahamas!!
Thank you all for a nice stay!
The whole area is fantastic! The beach surrounding the hotel blending into the pool is great! Also only a short stroll under the bridge to the public beach. A few bars, restaurants and shops are within the "community" and only about a 10mins drive to the airport of 20mins to downtown Nassau. Lots of games and facilities available for kids and staff were very friendly.
The hotel is right across from a very private, beautiful beach -- we were at the beach every day and there were never more than 4 people in view (and usually no one). Perfect place for people looking for a quiet vacation away from the resorts and tourism. The staff was also amazing, and good food at the restaurant. We would definitely come back.
Location in Nassau was brilliant with easy walking to the shopping on Bay Street and all the restaurants. It's lovely overlooking the water and watching the constant activity of the huge cruise ships coming in and out.
Beautiful historic hotel with superb restaurant and wonderful staff. If you want elegance, beautiful gardens, extraordinary french-ish cuisine, and the best possible staff then this is where to go.
It was an all inclusive and the food was great. Restaurants were booked so i had to use the buffet but it was great. Great view from the room. staff was great, snacks and drinks available 24/7.
The staff are super friendly, trying their best to help us solve our problems. The location is ok, we can comfortably walk to the Atlantis. The dinner is ok. Free tennis court available.
Close to the airport - perfect for an overnight connection stay over. Not fancy but best value in Nassau. Free airport shuttles. Micah - the owner is all about service and convenience.
nice hotel, good to be in Bahamar complex with other hotels. long sandy beach. breakfast was the best one compared to all top resorts we stayed so far.
